Emmet 4 horses Introductory course with Bern Easterford 30th April to 3rd May

Would you like to learn a simple method to help keep your horse feeling comfortable and at ease? If so, then this course is for you. This introduction to Emmet contains a number of moves which have been specially selected from the Horse Emmet technique practitioner course. The course is largely hands on, no specialist knowledge is required and the moves are surprisingly easy to learn, yet the results are often instantaneous.
Why is this course different?
As much as Emmett can benefit a horse, if the rider is experiencing areas of tension or restriction it means that the horse and rider are not in harmony, so the problems will continue. This is why on every Emmet course we teach moves to re-balance people as well. A definite win-win for both horse and rider and uniquely you get to experience the power of the moves on your own body and get an insight into what your horse feels during an Emmet treatment.
What is Emmet?
The Emmet technique is an established form of non invasive body therapy that involves the application of light finger pressure at specific points of the body (known as the Emmet points). These points will release muscle tensions effectively alleviate discomfort and improve restrictive movement.
How does it work?
It’s a bit like a touch screen computer. You touch the screen and the computer does it’s job.
