Legal and trust
Booking Terms
These booking terms describe how direct bookings currently work through the Cortijo Los Lobos website and direct communication with us.
Last Updated: June 20, 2026
This legal information is provided in English. If anything is unclear, please contact us directly before booking.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed when Cortijo Los Lobos has accepted the required payment or deposit and confirmed the booking with you.
Submitting a form, starting checkout, or requesting dates does not by itself guarantee a confirmed booking.
Deposit and balance
- Direct bookings currently use a deposit to secure the stay.
- The booking checkout currently calculates the deposit as 30% of the stay total.
- The remaining balance is due six weeks before arrival unless confirmed otherwise with your booking.
Card payments
Where card checkout is available, payment is handled through Stripe checkout. Stripe may apply its own terms and privacy information during payment.
Bank transfer
If bank transfer is selected, we send payment instructions by email. The current bank-transfer workflow asks guests to send the downpayment within 24 hours and email proof of payment.
Pending bank-transfer bookings are not fully confirmed until payment has been accepted and we confirm the booking.
If payment is not confirmed within the requested time, the pending booking may be released.
Guest responsibilities
- Provide accurate guest, contact, date, and accommodation information.
- Check booking details carefully before making payment.
- Tell us before booking if you have accessibility needs, medical concerns, animal concerns, arrival timing issues, or anything else important to your stay.
- Follow the house rules and supervise children.
