House Rules

These house rules help keep Cortijo Los Lobos safe, relaxed, and respectful for guests, animals, neighbours, and the property.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 4pm unless agreed otherwise.
Check-out is by 10am unless agreed otherwise.
Please tell us in advance if your travel timing is unusual so we can confirm what is possible.

Children and supervision

Children are welcome and should be supervised by their responsible adults.
Children must be supervised around the pool, play areas, animals, steps, terraces, and rural outdoor spaces.
Cots, high chairs, stair gates, and baby baths may be available at no extra charge. Please ask before arrival so we can prepare them.

Pool use

The shared pool is normally open from April to mid-November.
Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.
Please use the pool sensibly and respect other guests using the shared areas.

Horses and animals

Please do not enter paddocks, feed animals, or approach horses without guidance from June, Clive, or someone authorised by them.
Horse contact is calm, supervised, and based on the animals' welfare.
Riding and animal activities may change or be cancelled because of weather, horse welfare, guest safety, or local conditions.

Smoking, noise, and respect for the property

Please respect the cottages, shared spaces, gardens, furniture, and equipment.
Please keep noise considerate, especially in the evening and around shared areas.
If you smoke, please ask where it is permitted and dispose of cigarette ends safely. Fire risk can be high in rural Andalusia.
