Booking and payment
Use the booking form on this site to check live availability and pricing for El Establo, El Granero Viejo, and El Jardin Secreto, then submit your stay directly. The full booking page also lets you add the hot tub for your full stay and flag preplanned activities before you confirm.
For direct bookings we confirm the payment terms with your booking details. If anything needs clarifying before you commit, ask June and Clive directly before submitting the stay.
Balance timing is confirmed with your booking details after submission, based on the stay and payment method in use at the time.
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within six weeks of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover. There are no booking platform fees.
No. There is no security deposit.
Payment options are confirmed after booking submission. If card payment is important for your stay, ask before you book and we will tell you the current options.
The property
Yes. Many families and groups book all three cottages together. This gives you the whole property on an exclusive basis. Get in touch and we will arrange a combined quote.
Yes. The shared pool is heated and open from April to mid-November. It is solar-assisted and a comfortable temperature across the season.
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property including the cottages, terraces, and gardens. Signal is reliable enough for remote work.
El Establo has air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom, the ground floor bedroom stays cooler and has a pillar fan. El Jardin Secreto has air conditioning in the bedroom. El Granero Viejo has thick stone walls that keep the interior cool naturally, with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and pillar fan upstairs.
All three cottages have fully equipped kitchens with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. All crockery, utensils, and cooking equipment are provided.
Yes. El Establo, El Granero Viejo and El Jardin Secreto have gas BBQs in their private courtyards.
Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10am. We can sometimes offer flexibility depending on turnaround, so ask in advance if timing matters for your trip.
Families and children
Yes. We are very family-friendly. Cots, high chairs, stair gates, and baby baths are available at no extra charge. Children under 2 stay free. Extra beds for children under 16 are also at no extra charge.
The pool has a shallow end. Children should be supervised at all times, as with any private pool. The pool area is fenced.
Yes. Our horses are calm rescue animals, accustomed to visitors including young children. Pony cuddling sessions are gentle and led by the horse's own pace. We introduce children to the herd in a quiet and supervised way.
Yes. There is a children's play area on the property. There is also plenty of open space for children to roam safely.
Activities
Yes for yoga, relaqua, and mermaiding. Those need advance planning, so let us know in the booking flow and we will prepare them properly around your stay. Horse riding is also best arranged in advance as availability is limited.
Yes. The hot tub is a paid add-on for the full stay. It costs 50 euros for up to three days of use, then 10 euros for each additional day. The water is fully replaced and the hot tub gets a full clean and disinfection after every booking.
No. Horse riding is charged separately at 35 euros per hour. Maximum 3 riders per ride. Walking pace only.
The maximum rider weight is 80 kg (175 lbs). Riding is available to all levels including complete beginners.
Mermaid swimming (mermaiding) is a pool-based activity using a monofin and mermaid fishtail. Our instructor Lily is one of the first SSI Mermaid Instructors worldwide. Sessions range from a 30-minute taster (20 euros) to a full SSI Mermaid certification (2 days, 200 euros). Suitable for adults and children.
Yes. Hiking directly from the property is free. Meeting the animals is included with your stay. The large children's play is also included. The riding and yoga, relaqua and mermaid swimming programmes are additional
Getting here
Yes. A car is strongly recommended. Public transport to the property is not practical. Malaga Airport has car hire from the arrivals hall.
Malaga Airport (AGP) and Granada airport (GRX) are approximately 45 minutes by car. Seville Airport (SVQ) is approximately two hours.
Yes. Parking is free and on-site for all guests.
