Cancellation Policy

Current cancellation terms

The initial deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due six weeks before your arrival date.
Cancellations within six weeks of arrival are non-refundable.
There are no booking platform fees when you book directly.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover. This is especially important for travel disruption, illness, family emergencies, and other situations outside your control.

If you need to cancel

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will explain what applies to your booking and confirm any next steps in writing.

If your booking has special arrangements, group details, or payment timing agreed directly with us, those details may affect what happens next.
