One double bedroom and one large twin, with room for a third bed or cot, both overlooking the olive groves and mountain. A kitchen diner seats up to 6. Stairs lead to an open plan living room with sofas, wood burner, DVD player + screen, large picture window with stunning views of the mountains, french doors leading to a roof terrace with table and chairs.

Master bedroom has a toilet and sink, and there is a separate shower room, wash basin and WC on the ground floor. All rooms have electric heaters and the upstairs room has a ceiling fan. Outside the private courtyard has table and chairs, sofas, gas BBQ and deck chairs for private sunbathing.

On the ground floor there is a sitting room with DVD player and pellet burning stove for the winter plus electric heaters. We have a wide selection of DVD’s for you to borrow during your stay. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom with ceiling fan and a shower room. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with two single beds (a 3rd bed can also be provided ).

Beds can be two singles or king size. The upstairs is not suitable for very young children (under approx. age 4 years) or the elderly or infirm due to the spiral staircase and low ceilings. We can provide a stair gate to make child safe if needed. Outside there is a private courtyard garden with table and chairs, sofas and gas BBQ.
